Atlas Property Services is a UK family run business based in Tavira. We are looking for rental and non-rental properties to manage/maintain in the Eastern Algarve.
My name is Alan Whittle I am a youthful, 53 year old, English male from Morpeth in Northumberland, UK. I am very trustworthy, which I believe is invaluable when you need to leave your property in the hands of someone else – you want someone to look after and respect your property just as they would their own!
I have a great deal of experience in successful holiday rentals in the Algarve as well as home maintenance in both the UK and Portugal.
My wife Lesley and I have owned holiday rental properties in Tavira for 8 years as well as our own villa. We are well aware of the requirement for swift communicative responses to any problems that may occur when you are at home or abroad, we know how it feels if something goes wrong and you aren’t physically there to fix the problem yourselves.
Lesley is currently contracted to work in the pharmaceutical industry as HR Director (Europe) for the foreseeable future, this means she can commute regularly to be with me, she will be joining me full time when she feels happy to make the move.
Having recently renovated our own villa, we have lots of contacts with both Portuguese and UK services so we are able to offer project management should the need arise.
